Triple vessel spontaneous coronary artery dissection in the young patient: A case report

In late years spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) had emerging as a non-atherosclerotic cause of acute syndrome (ACS).We report an interesting case young male patient presenting to emergency with substernal chest discomfort positive troponin and electrocardiogram changes consistent NSTEMI.Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) was initiated following ACS PROTOCOL, which found critical three-vessel that Cardiothoracic Surgery is recommending FOR Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG).The clinical status the full recovery cardiac rehabilitation discharged on postoperative day five outpatient follow-up.Our aim incorporate this into current literature help improve early diagnosis treatment based recommendations.
